Launch gvSIG 2.1
Within the project manager: Document Table > New > File
Find the file: gvSIG_jexcel_plugin_test_01.xls
Click on properties
Check the option "Use first row as header"
Select the sheet "0"
Accept
Within the project manager: Document View > New > Open
Menu View > Add layer > File
Find the file: gvSIG_jexcel_plugin_test_03.shp
Accept
Open the layer attribute table
Menu Table > Create Link
Select Table of attributes: gvSIG_jexcel_plugin_test_03.shp as data store
Select gvSIG_jexcel_plugin_test_01 as second data store
Select "NOMBRE99" as key of the first table
Select "nombre" as key of the second table
Type a prefix for the first table fields
Type a prefix for the second table fields
Select the attributes to join: total, hombres, and mujeres
Next and Finish
Click on any record of the attribute table and check that the corresponding record of the linked table has been selected
