Totally discard actionListeners for Label, as they don't have any action to listen.
Añadido método para que si no se ha modificado el área que no se aplique filtro por área. Y mejorado el método getExtent() (obtención del Rectangle2D que define el área: si el usuario no ha seleccionado un área distinta, devolverá null).
