Replace JCRS gt2 extended classes dependencies with updated ones from the gvSIG 1.11 release, using the file date as the version number, and moving them to the org.gvsig groupid.
Move geotools related JCRS subprojects to the CRS plugin. Also move its own geotools version to this plugin, replacing the included in appgvSIG with first final one available in the osgeo maven repository.

Cambios relacionados con el bug que teníamos en la versión 1.1.1 build 1021 con el geoproceso de reproyección.
Tras los cambios de Álvaro, para que funcionara correctamente el geoproceso con la extensión de JCRS, estos cambios sirven para que se aplique correctamente una transformación (si se ha elegido alguna para llevar a cabo).
Soluciona los problemas con los CRS de ESRI cuya proyección sea una Lambert Conformal Conic, diferenciando si es de uno o dos paralelos, para el correcto funcionamiento de los mismos.
