Cuando se ejecutaba desde una ruta distinta a dode se encontraba el gvSIG.sh no encontraba las librerias nativas.

Se estaba guardando los paths a las nativas con una ruta relativa y luego cambiaba el directorio corriente, asi que luego no las encontraba.

Not used anymore

Re-added the --language parameter in installer mode, so it can be passed from the language selected by the user in the installjammer installer. Added in linux, pending to find how to do the same with the launch4j launcher in windows.

Take into account the gvSIG version passed as parameter in the installer urls, and pass the parameter to the addons manager in the installation process.

added state parameter and separated param flag from param value because windows was treating them as unbreakable string

Changed URL to new download sites. Associated with ticket 597 (not closed yet). Probably needs some replacement when using installjammer dialogs (?)

This fixes #306 by using two new folders for i18n resources: one into the gvSIG installation and another one in the user home gvSIG folder. This last one will be used to install new languages.

Remove the following plugins from the base installation:

- org.gvsig.app
- org.gvsig.i18n.extension
- org.gvsig.installer.app.extension
- org.gvsig.theme.baseicons
