Replaced old splash with the gvSIG 2.0 Splash competition [1] winner [2] one. Also some aestetic changes to the version text, and added a background image using one of the wallpapers of the gvSIG outreach site.
FR [gvsig-desktop #15302]: Substitute the old splash screen for the new one in gvSIG 2.0
