Description

From Gob.Vasco:

This is a bug and a feature request.

Bug: Reading new KML version is not possible in 1.11, and the layers don't support legends.

FT: Allow to write legend when exporting to KML
FT: Allow to export a point layer with text legend as a KML showing texts in Google Earth.

I put them together because the solutions are very related, and this way all changes will be accesible from here.

I update the classpath of extGPE-gvSIG r37967

There are some troubles with the jar of the libraries, related to #219 but i prefer wait to apply a general solution
