The same operator can't be used at the Dissolve tool for the summary function

Description
At the Dissolve tool, we can't select the same operator for two or more different fields.
For example we can't get the "Sum" for "Area" and "Length" fields. It can be used only for one field.
Every operator should be multi-selection instead of option button.
