NotificationManager: add easy way to see and send complete log

Description
When NotificationManager shows an error, it gives limited information about what happened. It would be very convenient to include some way for the users to read the complete log. It will improve how the errors are reported.
Some ideas:
- Include a button for opening the directory where the log is.
- Include a button for reading the complete log inside gvSIG (and so the user is able to easily copy the log for attaching it to a mail message, for example).
- Include a button for opening the user default mail manager. The body of message could be the complete log and the "to:" the developers mailinglist, for example.
