| Georesources

The geoResources plugin for gvSIG Desktop allows to store and organize local and remote data. The resources are included in a hierarchical tree of categories and have some metadata to let the user to filter and search over his collection easily.

The main features of the geoResources extension for gvSIG are:

• Define collections to store the resources
• Define a hierarchical set of categories
• Add description and notes to the resources
• Add any number of categories to the resources
• Validate the collection set of categories with an external vocabulary
• Load any resource on a gvSIG view
• Search on the collection on layer names, descriptions and so on
• Reorganize the categories, copying and moving categories over the collection
