Add and configure each plugin. refs #15886

There are five plugins:

  • org.gvsig.view3d.common
  • org.gvsig.view3d.lin.x86_64
  • org.gvsig.view3d.lin.x86
  • org.gvsig.view3d.win.x86_64
  • org.gvsig.view3d.win.x86

Each plugin has its own native configuration to create a specific plugin for each architecture.
