Define a variable for the site repository
Remove uneeded external repositories. Only one additional repositoryt is needed in the libProjection project, so the repository definition has been moved to the libProjection own pom.xml.
Site and javadoc configuration updates
Move configuration of javadoc plugin from the report section to the build one

Cambiado para que el jar de fuentes se genere siempre al hacer un install, y el de javadoc al activar el perfil "release"
En la variable cdc.classpath cambiar el separador : por ${path.separator} para que funcione independientemente del sistema operativo.

Cambiar las descargas de las dependencias para que se hagan por http

Insert distribution manager. this enable the deploy target.
Build project. This project is use to compile all the gvsig using maven. If you don´t use maven, please won´t download it.
