In gvsig.bat, copy to JAVA dir all the libraries in the lib subdirectory (if they are not already present)

Create $USER_HOME/gvSIG directory if it doesn't exist. At uninstall.sh use the full path to uninstaller.jar

Upload libraries used by launcher. Export LD_LIBRARY_PATH to use them.
Repair Makefile to statically compile wxwidgets.
In windows, copy the libraries to the JAVA directory if they are missing.

Delete unused files; add an uninstall.sh file to try to get uninstaller working

Don't install andami-config.xml directly in the USER_HOME, because it gets deleted by gvSIG uninstaller.
