Upgrade classes. now to persistence the animation in the project we should implement IPersistence interface in the iver-utiles jar.

Target libUI eliminated because now GvSIG 1.1 use the prototype of Raster and the include libUI.
And change the path for the project cms, now we use lib cq CMS for java because it includes the protoype of Raster.

Bug solved. Now when we reset view and there are not layers. the extension reset the view to the extend of this projection ( spherical or plane mode)
