Delete some classes in ROI (polygon, line and point) of a shape works wrong

Description

1 . Open gvSIG
2. Open new View
3 . Add raster
4 -. Create Roi's
Class 1: contains lines and polygon
Class 2 contains points and polygons
5 -. Save the Roi's in shape. Create three files of type shape of polygons, lines and points
6 -. Close the window Roi 's
7 -. Reopen the window and load shapes Roi
8 -. Select one of the classes and click the option to delete.
All rois disappear from view.

2 -. Abrir Nueva Vista
3 -. Añadir raster
4 -. Crear Roi
Clase 1: contiene líneas y polígonos
Clase 2 contiene puntos y polígonos
5 -. Guardar Roi en fichero shape. Se crean tres archivos de shape con polígonos, líneas y puntos
6 -. Cerrar la ventana de Roi 's
7 -. Volver a abrir la ventana de Roi's y añadir los shapes
8 -. Seleccionar una de las clases y clic en la opción eliminar.
Todos los elementos de la otra clase de la Roi desaparecen de la Vista.
