Description
Open gvSIG
New view
Change the CRS of the view, click on properties of the view and assign 4326
Add layer
Click on WMS tab and put this server: "http://www.idee.es/wms/PNOA/PNOA"
Click on connect, Next, Next, double click on "[PNOA]PNOA", Next, Next
Select "image/png" as format, "EPSG:4326" as SRS and "text/plain" as text format and Accept
The name layer appear on ToC, but it doesn't appear the image.
Note: the same steps changing 4326 by 23030 works fine

Selecting CRS:84 instead of EPSG:4326 it works fine.
