Description
If is not the first time that installs gvSIG, should respect the language configurate in preferences from previous installation.

Considero que el comportamiento actual es el correcto, pues al instalar un nuevo gvSIG te solicita el idioma. El usuario puede seleccionar el mismo u otro diferente al que tenía en instalaciones previas. En cualquier caso es elección del usuario.
No creo que forzar al idioma de instalaciones anteriores sea una solución correcta.
