Removing all the old servers that don't work. I've also added some log messages and I've also add a parent exception to check the connection errors. [gvsig-desktop #205]

En mi opinión lo mejor es salir en ambos vacíos, ya que son servicios que históricamente suelen dejar de ir y tampoco tiene sentido que estén los 2 que hay ahora (los de la CIT).
Manuel: lo tienes asignado tú, pero no sé si tú puedes quitarlos o ha de hacerlo un desarrollador. Si es así, reasigna, porfa.
