Description

When trying to load a layer in EPSG:4326 to a view using EPSG:3035 projection, no transformation is offered in the projection dialog of the load layer dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new view using EPSG:3035 projection
- Click on add layer
- Select a shapefile using EPSG:4326 projection
- Search for EPSG transformations
Result: no transformation is offered.

Doing the opposite thing (loading a 3035 layer on a 4326 view) results in 2 transformations being offered.

As I stated here (http://listserv.gva.es/pipermail/gvsig_internacional/2014-June/009212.html), it "seems to occur with other transformations too and it should depend by how gvSIG (and GeoTools) manage the direction of transformations and not by the Registry, because each transformation is declared only once in the Registry itself, even if it's valid in both directions."

There were a typo in a couple of SQL statements and a missing check about the kind of CRSs (projected or geographic 2D). I attach a patch that fix this issue.

PS: I can't set the "Has patch" flag in the notes, because I don't have the permission.
