Description

en:
Loading a svg image as image symbol line, the same line displays the image only to one side of the line (the rigth)(bug persistent from gvsig1.9)
And once asigned the symbology the layer disapears from the view

es:
al asignar una imagen svg como símbolo de imagen de linea la muestra del símbolo se muestra incorrectamente en el ejemplo mostrándola solo hacia el lado derecho de la línea. (este error se arrastra de gvsig 1.9)
además una vez asignada la simbología desaparece la capa de la vista.

Fixed bad management of offset inside SVG file (it was wrongly assumed to be 0,0)

Steps to test it:

- Load the SHP provided in the ZIP file (line_svg.zip)
- Go to the symbology properties of the layer
- Click on "Select Symbol" button. In the new dialog, click on "New"
- In the type combo, choose "Image line symbol"
- Choose the provided SVG file (from line_svg.zip) as the Image file. Important: Set these values in the three fields below:

- Width: 15
- Scale X: 0.1
- Scale Y: 1

- Click Accept until all dialogs are closed and you should see the SVG arrow used as line symbol.
