gvSIG interface allows to drag toolbars, but when you dropit it alway goes to the end. That is not very friendly.
Maybe this is a feature request. Not sure

La interfaz de gvsig permite arrastrar las barras de herramientas pero cuando las soltás siempre van al final. Eso no es muy amigable.
No estoy muy seguro de si esto no es más bien un feature request

Actualmente las barras de herramientas tienen una posición fija/orden fijo.
