Description
When somebody developes a new gvSIG plugin, currently it is not possible to directly specify the value of the download-url property which comes in the metadata file of the new plugin, in the pom file. Instead, we have to specify a property poolURL which is used as a base to build the URL of the "download-url" item. However, in some cases it is not possible to build it that way as we don't have permissions to organize the files at the destiny website.
Thus, it would be interesting to add a "gvsig.package.info.downloadurl" property within the pom file and modify the "build-package-info" execution of the "gmaven-plugin" plugin within the pom file of the "org.gvsig.desktop" project in a similar way to this:
