Description
If we add a WFS 1.1.0 layer in an empty view, then the layer seems to be not loaded because the zoom to layer is not applied and the view remains empty (or not refreshed). Then, if I apply a Zoom to layer, the layer is shown but the spatial extent is wrong because of inverted axis (#2252). Instead, it works fine with WFS 1.0.0, even if there are other limitations (e.g. #2585 and #2631).
