Description

The "Use axis order YX" checkbox in WFS wizard, introduced in #2720 and very useful with WFS 1.1.0, is activated by default independently by the WFS version.
IMHO it should be deactivated/disabled automatically when the WFS version is 1.0.0, otherwise we have the opposite problem there was with WFS 1.1.0 before and consequently the users could think that the WFS support is broken.

It seems that it's not working as I expected (the checkbox is always active and selected, so the user has to uncheck it manually). If we add a WFS layer that supports both 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 versions, when the Version combo box is set equal to 1.0.0, then the "Use axis order YX" checkbox should be unchecked and disabled automatically. So there should be a change listener (?) that "listen" to the Version combo box value and changes the state of the checkbox accordingly: so if version is "1.1.0", then the checkbox is active and selected, otherwise is not active and selected.
