Add uninstall capabilities to the Addons manager

Description
For instance, when we have two conflicting extensions (e.g. layout1 and layout2), it would be very useful to be able to uninstall one of them directly in the Addons manager without having to remove the relative extension folder manually. Because not all the users have confidence with the folder structure of gvSIG application and they should not have it necessarily. So adding an "Uninstall" button would be a great addiction.

...or simply we could uncheck the extension to uninstall.
