Description

When we edit a layer in Windows it sometimes doesn't allow us to finish editing mode. The only mode for saving changes is to export to a new layer.

It happens in these situations:
- When the layer is loaded in the same view or in another one (it should finish editing, and when we change zoom or reload the layer in the other view, the changes should be done)
- When we create new layer, and we write the name of the layer in the output file text box, instead of selecting the folder with the "..." button.

But sometimes it has happened in other different situations.

I attach a new gvSIG.log file.
It has happened in Windows, but it's not any of the previous commented situations.

Now when a folder is not selected, the layer is saved in user home folder.

When the same shp file (or its dbf component file) is open twice or more, it can be saved, altough the not saved files must be refreshed manually. A new table-refresh menu entry has been added to allow table refreshing.
