Description
The "Add measure" tools don't support multipart layers actually and it's not obvious for users to have to split the multipart features in order to add measure fields.

- Target version changed from 2.3.0-2447-final (rev. org.gvsig.desktop-2.0.153) to 2.3.0-2417 (rev. org.gvsig.desktop-2.0.123)
- Status changed from New to Invalid
If the features are multiparts, also the measures can be one or more. There's a one-to-many relationship between the table records and the single parts, so it's not possible to calculate a unique measure for each record.
