Description
The "Open file" dialog in the OGR tab of "Add layer" ignores the Geodata folder setting (Preferences).

- Status changed from New to Invalid
The "Open file" dialog in the OGR tab of "Add layer" considers always the Geodata folder setting, but not the last visited folder at the moment (gvSIG 2.4.0 RC1). The behaviour should be the same of the Add button in the File tab.
I set this ticket as Invalid and open a new one (#4637).
Related to #4637.
