Automatic zoom to layer extent (first layer in a view) doesn't work when CRS is EPSG:4326

Description
1. Create a view.
2. Set its CRS to EPSG:4326
3. Load a vector layer created in a projected CRS (e.g. EPSG:23030)
4. We should see the layer but we don't.
5. If we do right-click>zoom to layer we do see the layer.
