The error has been produced while trying to load the native JNI PROJ4 library used to manage CRS values.
Maybe the JCRS addon didn't include that library in the installation. I'm going to try to install the last built (2045) in windows to see if it still happens.

Yes, the bug is located in the installation of the org.gvsig.crs.extension package installation for windows. Going to fix it ASAP.

In the gvSIG build 2051 you can't change EPSG for the new layer, applied by default the EPSG of the View. If you apply to the view epsg 22175 and create a new layer curve with this epsg, when edit the layer an error appears (add spline, polyline)

Tested in the gvSIG build 2056.
1.- Open gvSIG
2.- Open new View (EPSG 22175)
3.- Create new shape (curve-2D)
4.- Select layer in Toc and start editing
5.- Click Spline tool
6.- Draw a spline and double click to finish, an error appears. If you draw a polyline also appears.

This issue is already fixed (it's the same as #451)
The steps described by María (11/10/2012) should work in BN 2057 or higher.
