Error when exporting a CSV file (as layer) to SHP

Description
When we have a CSV file as a layer and we want to export it to a SHP file, in the "Projection" window of the wizard we don't have "Original CRS" or "CRS of the View" available.
And if we press on "Selected by user" we get an error.
So we can't export it to SHP.
