Description
The Italian Cadastre WMS [1,2] is not working in gvSIG 2.4 without any apparent reason. In fact, there aren't related messages in gvsig.log. It seems that gvSIG is not able to manage SSL certificates properly.

There was an issue with the SSL certificate used by the "Agenzia delle Entrate".

It works pretty fine also on gvSIG 2.3.1.
