Description
This server
http://wms.jpl.nasa.gov/wms.cgi
returns a error message with several layers. For instance, "WMS Global Mosaic, pan sharpened" returns this XML

gvSIG only throws an exception Exception reading 'Can´t load the layer Capa WMS.'.

Now it shows the server message in a error console.

In the dialog box load WMS, in the ultimate window, the Ok button isn't enabled. Tested in the gvSIG build 2051.

I have tested it in Windows and Linux with several services and I have not found any problem. I would need more accurate parameters (server, options selected in each case or others...)
