Description
Loading the same layer with the tile cache option and without it gives a different result.
Do the following first not checking this option and secondly checking it:
1. Add WMS layer
2. Type URL: http://inspire.cop.gva.es/mapserver/wms
3. Expand the folder "Básica".
4. Select the layer "Cartografía básica completa de la Comunidad Valenciana".
5. Select png and 23030. Accept.
I attached both screenshots. The correct appearance is the one called "WMS_sin_teselas.jpg"
It seems Alicante province has been rendered in a different scale than Valencia and Castellón.
