Description
Si se usa el plugin CRS: basic management (Proj4J based, java) (org.gvsig.proj.app.mainplugin), sin estar instalado el de org.gvsig.crs, las herramientas de medir distancia y área en la vista no funcionan.
Al pinchar con ellas sobre la vista se abre la ventana de error con un mensaje de UnsupportedOperationException.

Added partial fix in changeset gvsig-jcrs:r49.
At least it won't fail now, but the values obtained will not be good in most cases, as we are returning always the values of the Ellipsoid "International 1909 (Hayford)" in all cases until we solve how to get that information from the Proj4J library.

Se crea el build 2 del plugin de gestión básica de CRS con los cambios realizados.

Will create build 3 of the org.gvsig.proj.app.mainplugin package to publish the changes.
