InfoByPoint in raster layers and remote services don't works fine

Description
For raster layers this dialog is too big and it is necessary close the dialog to select more than one point. Moreover information like the list of layers in the current point or the number of bands should be displayed. Some of this information should be updated in real time when the mouse is moving.
The remote services should display the information from the server besides the info in a point.
