Working in english version of gvSIG:
Open gvSIG
Click Preferences
Select [+] in General preferences
Click Language
Active 'valenciano' language
Accept
After close gvSIG [x] we can see the options in English ("Yes" or "No") and it must appear "Si" and "No"
