Description
Errors in initialization of application occur after a fresh install on Windows 7 64bit. See the log in attachment.
Then, I cannot execute gvSIG because of a JVM error, even if with elevated permission.

Further info: if I restart the os, then gvSIG is executed without errors. Instead, the first time there were the three classical red icons.

No initialization errors in build 2256, so I close the ticket.
Note: after the fix of #2830, the EPSG Registry for jCRS has to be installed in build 2256.
